Embodied, Relational
Process and Dialogue:
1st & 2nd March 2025
Lydia Noor and Pete Lavender
Pete and Lydia have been co-facilitating group process for over fifteen years. Throughout this time, we have continued to develop our shared interest in our here-and-now embodied, relational response to each other and to each member of the group. Through this process, our workshops create opportunities for contact and dialogue between group participants and within ourselves. We are committed to facilitating a safe, holding and containing, shame-aware space. Our invitation is for you to arrive and contact-fully explore aspects of your own relational process with us, with each other and within yourselves.
This stand-alone workshop will contain experiential exercises, space to process what arises in the between of relationship, as well as time for individual work. During each day, we will reflect together on theoretical concepts which arise from a relational and developmental psychotherapy integration.
In previous years, we have also co-facilitated conference workshops, where new groups come together for a short time to explore the relational field with those they have just met. We recently held an embodied, relational process group as part of the MIP conference.
Although Embodied Relational Process can be challenging, it is also extremely supportive of health, awareness, growth and change.
Date: 1st & 2nd March 2025
Cost: £230 Early bird price of £210 payable before 31 January 2025
Number of participants: 18: 5 places available (as of 27 Jan '25)
Location: Scarborough Counselling and Psychotherapy Training Institute.
This is an in-person workshop only.
Timing of each day: 10 am to 4.30 pm
For a place on this workshop, please contact Lydia on 07841133426 or Pete on 07930371369 or by e-mail on [email protected]
We greatly look forward to welcoming you to this two-day journey with us.
